There were lots of little extras that helped us settle in quickly like milk, bread and juice which was really nice. Nim and David were both very friendly and welcoming. I would really recommend this place to anyone, a great find with beautiful gardens.

We honestly didn’t want to leave, it was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.   Perfect accommodation with everything we needed and situated in a perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Cottage was lovely, clean, comfortable and very well furnished

Accommodation was fantastic, exactly as per the picture and in excellent condition.
My stay was 3 weeks and once a week Nim changed the beds, tied and generally cleared the accommodation as well.

Worth noting for anyone with a wide car the entrance is a little narrow, I have a Tesla Model 3 which fit but only just.

Fantastic stay though and will definitely use them again if I need to work in the area again.

Things we loved: Trebah Gardens with private beach; Prussia Cove - Perranuthnoe clifftop walk; Trevenaunce Cove, St Agnes; sunset at Land's End; walk from Lelant to St Ives, with visit to Barbara Hepworth house/garden and train journey back.
